ROOKER HAD A PROBLEM.
This commercial real estate & construction firm's dated
brochures were holding them back. From winning new business. Growing
existing relationships. And — as they put it best — from "joining
the big boy parade."So they called in a make-over 911. I rushed in. Asked a bunch of questions. And told them to say bye-bye to the little leagues.
Brand Positioning.
ROOKER had a low awareness among even its existing customers about the full range of services they offer. Commercial real estate had been going green and, in early 2009, was running out of green. Everything was changing— including the company's name and web address.STEP 1: Develop the brand positioning.
New Logo & Tagline
ROOKER HAD A PROBLEM.
A modernized, professional logo was paired with a tagline that plainly states their 3 core services areas. ("Clear
over clever" is my torch-song on taglines. When you are trying to build awareness the first thing you need to tell people is what you do).
MESSAGING.
ROOKER has a lot to offer and a long list of loyal customers/ enthusiasts. To know ROOKER is to know they are more than just the sum of their business units. "We Build Solutions" is the leading message into explaining all of the reasons why.
BANNER STANDS.
To launch the new brand, we produced these great, portable - and very reusable - banner stands. Placing them at the event was one of those extra touches that makes all the difference.
BROCHURES.
>A corporate brochure, a brand launch brochure, and a data sheet on each of their property listings were created within ROOKER's new brand.
FRESH, PROFESSIONAL WEB DESIGN.
Is ROOKER's new website simply beautiful? Or beautifully simple? I
can never decide... What I do know, though, is that the site definitely shouts "big boy parade".
